Summary: We stayed here for a sporting event. The room was clean and had a clean smell. The beds are probably in need of an upgrade however we were there for 6 nights and slept ok. Easy parking and entry and exit. Great location with free buses and walking tracks all very close. The room it self was tidy and clean. The building is ageing and the pool is not very appealing. The gym air conditioner was also broken whilst I was there so hopefully that will be fixed soon. The room had everything you need and more. I will be staying again if I have sport or business in Perth, however not really a family holiday place.

Summary: Handy central location, with cafe and convenience shop onsite. Building interior and apartment a bit tired and unloved looking (old furniture, no artwork on walls). Also, aircon in main bedroom had no control and main door handle broke so it would not open.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay here. Nice spot in town. Close to bus route. Supplied everything we could have needed, including a small sewing kit. The lotions, shaving cream and hair washing products came in handy. The place was immaculately clean. 10/10 would recommend staying here.
