Positive: Clean tidy and everything you needed. Bonus it had its own car park

Negative: The aircon. The main room aircon cold temp was not the right temp. Was too warm . No remotes to turn on bedroom air con units. Had to message how to get it to work as was very hot temperature outside during our stay. Couldnt change temp on unit. Bathroom had very strong strange smell.

Negative: It was inconvenient to get another taxi to get the apartment keys at 2am. I felt scared & unsafe on top of being tired. The place of collection was quiet and had dark unlit areas around the area which made me feel unsafe. It was more convenient when we collected the keys onsite previously. During our stay, the oven was not working so I was unable to make some of the things I had meant to make which was disappointing. I texted the number given but had no response. And the wifi kept lagging. The ventilation fan in the toilet was very noisy.

Summary: We were very disappointed. This was in contrast to our previous stay

Negative: broken toilet not flushing cistern in toilet making bad noise kids were scared had to turn of watermain into toilet at night ime to stop the noise socket in kitchen not working to boil kettle

Positive: Collection of key happened to be nightmare. Key was not available at the appointed time. All of us were streets for nearly 3 hours in the biting cold. We got it only by 8pm intead by 4-5pm, which was the noted time.

Positive: The location was a little out of the city centre. The free bus stop was easily accessible.

Negative: The cutlery and crockery were a little short. Also not back up toilet paper supplied.

Positive: The apartment itself was nice. Good to have two bedrooms and roomy.

Negative: Very steep narrow tread stairs (about 15) to lug your suitcases up from the carpark to get to the Mezzanine floor lift. You are unable to walk back down the car ramp to the ground floor to get to the lift from there as the gate locks behind you. You had to go to a separate place in the city to pick up the key (only found this out the day before). Contradictory messages for check out saying we had to put the only 1 key supplied back in the lockbox at the different location and leave one (??) on the kitchen bench. Because of this the only way to exit is to walk the 5 flights down as you need a key to activate the lift. Toilet smelled of old urine.

Summary: Apartment itself is ok, but a difficult check in process and step stairs to get to the lift.

Negative: No luggage storage facility at the property. There is one outside but charged by number of luggages.

Positive: The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped with a sizable kitchen which made cooking enjoyable. The washing machine and dryer were a godsend. Having separate shower and toilets were a bonus especially with teens around. Security was excellent. Walking distance to the city. Grocery stores and food outlets close by.

Summary: Good value for money. We will definitely stay at this apartment again in the future
