Positive: Everything particularly the landscape and the architecture and the water.The italian staff are also so warm and welcoming.
Negative: I should have done a little more research ...I didnt know there are 2 hotels ..the house of architects and the 5star hotel side...both are fantastic though

Negative: The hotel closes from Monday to Wednesday which make the logistics complicated. The whole experience was not really relaxing. In this price category you would expect a bit more flexibility.

Positive: 1. The staff is really nice! 2. Breakfast is great. 3. There is a lot of food in the mini bar and for free! 4. You don't have to worry about the parking.
Negative: 1. I think it will be better to have thermal in summer (we went there in May, a bit cold for me). However, we still enjoy the thermal bath a lot! 2. It seems that there is some problem with our bathtub in the room. It could not keep the water, so we could not take a bath with it.
Summary: You should live here at least once in your life!
