Notre appartement de 71 m², situé Allée du Vallon de l'Ermite au rez-de-chaussée d'un immeuble récent, offre une localisation idéale à deux pas du Parc National des Calanques, parfait pour travailler ou se détendre sur la terrasse. À 15 min en voiture du centre-ville de Marseille et à 20 min en bus du Stade Vélodrome. La cuisine entièrement équipée s'ouvre sur un grand salon avec canapé et télévision. La terrasse est idéale pour se détendre au soleil. Climatisation dans le salon uniquement. L'espace nuit comprend deux chambres avec lits doubles et des rangements. La salle de bain avec baignoire. Stationnement gratuit dans la rue.
