Moreover, the large single-glazed wooden windows in perfect condition have been preserved on the south side. They generously let the sun into the living room and overlook the walled garden. The view is unobstructed and not overlooked, especially from the bedrooms where behind the tops of the maritime pines you can make out the sea. On the street side, the kitchen offers a lovely glimpse of the Coutanville manor. The parquet floors and natural plasters provide a soft and soothing atmosphere. You will enjoy strolling through the charming English streets of this unique hamlet and walking to the beach, the Casino and the golf course that make Agon-Coutainville's reputation. You will also take advantage of the bicycles on site to push your curiosity to the Pointe d'Agon, a protected natural site.
