Positive: Amazing stay, I was there with my two kids, we had a great time, the place was extremely clean and well thought out with most of the amenities provided, the neighbours were extremely kind, and help full, they were happy to have holiday makers around and share the communal spaces with them. Definitely recommended.

Positive: Excellent location Great sea views Beautiful apartment. Sixe of rooms & living space was great. Lovely welcome gift basket

Negative: Communication between management company & owner didn't work was very long winded. Owner never answered messages had to speak to cleaning company. Sykes had its seperate customer portal so your ref number etc doesn't work when trying to text or message them. Had to do via phone. Long holds. Owner was reluctant to provide basic things such as hoover & clothes airer. They ended up ordering an airer but no hoover (tried to say a dust buster you use for the car was a hoover) or broom. I ended up buying a broom when I had paid a lot of money to rent the apartment. The apartment is next to the beach. Lots of sand & no hoover. Even an extra sheet was a problem. There was a problem with the oven, window in kitchen was broken it wouldn't open & lots of the plates were chipped. I never got a reply about the window. Issues with owner caused 2 days a stress not great start to holiday. Its a shame as I would have rented this property again if the owner had been more accommodating.
