Positive: Fantastic layout and kitchen was superb. Lovely big shower and bed was prob one of the most comfy have slept in. Owner left milk in fridge with 2 types of cider. Also left a cake which are great little touches.

Negative: I have been looking at property’s in the area but still working and WiFi was really poor. That is my only negative on the property.

Positive: Wonderful location. Just a 5/10 minute walk to the high street and many lovely shops and cafes. Close to the steam railway and access to fossil beach and other local walks. Lovely bathroom - a bit of luxury with roll top bath and large shower. Plenty of outside and enclosed space for dogs. We instantly felt at home and comfortable. Simply but nicely decorated with lovely original features and equipped with all essentials. Space enough for everyone and no worries with dogs as clutter free and nothing to damage. Very comfortable beds with spotless linen and fluffy towels.

Negative: Sofas were not cosy or comfortable and covered in dog hair… however this did ease our concerns about cuddling up with our own dogs. But even in a dog friendly home a hoovered sofa would have been good (very glad that we had decided to take our own throws). Unfortunately every item that we used in the kitchen needed washing before use. We’re not at all fussy but clean plates, pans, cups and utensils would have made our stay far more enjoyable. The toilet seat also required a clean on arrival. Downstairs a little sparse but great as we had no worries about the dogs making any mess or nibbling on bits.

Summary: Wonderful stay in a home from home that’s great for dogs. Superb and quiet location to acces Watchet.

Positive: Lovely home for a week. Bed was so comfy, perfect location for local amenities and very quiet. Neighbours were very friendly. Off street parking was a bonus too.

Negative: The courtyard is a little suntrap but its looking a little sad.
