Summary: It's true what is in the description, with restrictions. You only have sea/lake view around another house, not directly. Sauna and jacuzzi are very small not very efficient. The house is in the middle of an identical holiday home complex, unfortunately at the end of the street with a sweeping area...but otherwise everything is okay. Sea is near with endless beach. Thorsminde a small community with a great merchant, fishmonger and brilliant museum. There are many offers within an hour's drive.

Summary: Guter Standard, gute Lage. Aufteilung mit Küchenblock und Ess- Wohnzimmer sehr funktional. / Schöner Blick auf den Fjord vom Esstisch. Extra-WC. Wertiges Mobiliar, bequem, schick, angenehm. / Bis auf kleinere Mängel sehr gute Ausstattung in der Küche. / Allerdings hat das besondere gefehlt. Das ist ein wenig jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber dafür ist das Haus ja auch nicht gerade günstig. In die Sauna passen zB nur 2 Personen und das relativ unbequem. Dort fehlt eine Uhr, ein Thermometer. Im Bad fehlte ein Fön, bei der Hauskategorie etwas ärgerlich. Aber: wir haben dann DC kontaktiert und die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren wirklich wunderbar hilfsbereit und haben uns einen organisiert. / Der Rauchmelder war kaputt. / Die Mappe mit Informationen liegt nicht im Haus, man muss sie im DC-Büro abholen. Nachdem wir nach Büroschluss angereist waren und das Haus rund 30 min Fahrzeit entfernt liegt, hieß das am Tag 2 des Urlaubs eine relativ unsinnige Fahrerei. Zumal die Mappe keine Geheimnisse oder Wertsachen entfällt, die eine persönliche Übergabe rechtfertigt. / Noch ein Beispiel für tollen Service: es war ein DVD-Spieler vorhanden, der nicht (mehr) zum TV passte. Wir dachten eigentlich, wir wären zu blöd zum Bedienen und haben um Hilfe gebeten. / Ein Servicemitarbeiter kam relativ schnell und stellte dann das Kombatibilitätsproblem fest. Am nächsten Tag stand er dann überraschend vor der Tür und hat einen neuen, passenden DVD-Player gebracht. / / Dennoch: das hört sich in der Summe schlimmer an, als es ist. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings erwartet man bei einem solchen Haus unterm Strich halt auch ein wenig mehr.
