3 Bedroom House in Kenmare

Located in a quiet residential area within a short stroll of Kenmare town, 7 Oakwood Manor is the ideal place to spend a few days in this lovely part of the world. With three bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people, it is perfect for a family holiday or a break away with friends. The house overlooks a well maintained green with great mountain views.
This is a bright and modern home with lots of nice touches. The kitchen and dining are one large room and double doors lead out onto the patio area at the side with table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need during your stay and there is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The sitting room has a cosy open fire and TV with free wifi available throughout.
There is a guest toilet downstairs.
All three bedrooms are upstairs and each is ensuite. They all have a double bed in them and two have showers, with the third having a bathroom with a bath and shower over it. All bed linen and towels are provided however we always recommend that you bring along extra towels if you plan to go to a beach locally or for a swim in the pool at the Kenmare Bay Hotel (you can pay as you go).
The garden is small and to the rear of the house. It backs onto the golf course. The best sun trap is the side of the house where the patio and outdoor table and chairs are best placed. There is parking in the driveway for 2 cars.
As this is a residential estate we would ask that you respect your neighbours while enjoying your stay with us.

Summary: This is a wonderful home in walking distance to Kenmare. It’s lovely with lots of sunlight and wonderful touches, including many supplies and laundry facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

Summary: It is a very clean and well kept house. The 1/2 bath downstairs is nice for all guests and the three bedrooms with their own bathrooms upstairs were great.

Summary: We had a wonderful time during our recent stay at this property. Communication and check-in with the property manager and property owner was smooth and efficient. The house is within easy walking distance of town. There were 5 adults on this trip, and would definitely return!

Summary: Martin is a fantastic host. Easy to get in touch with, very accommodating. The house was very clean, spacious, modern, well stocked kitchen, recently updated, and very comfortable. Location was perfect! Walking distance to Kemate, which is a wonderful town. Loads of great restaurants , pubs, and stores.kenmare is easily accessible to other attractions and towns. Totally recommend staying at 7 Oakwood Manor!
