Treall is a much loved family holiday home that has been rebuilt in 2022. The house is in a perfect location - 7 minutes walk to Constantine Bay Beach in one direction and 7 minutes walk to Trevose Golf Club, in the other. Constantine Bay stores is on the way to the golf club where you can find all the provisions you need.
A garden surrounds the house and is safely enclosed by hedges and a front gate. There is parking for up to four cars at the front of the house and a nice flat lawn at the back for barbecues and garden games.
The house sleeps 10 - upstairs the master bedroom with a super king bed has an en suite bathroom as well as a second bedroom with a king size bed also with en suite bathroom.
The large landing area has a wonderful picture window looking out to Trevose Head. This is a perfect, peaceful, ‘working from home’ space. There is a desk as well as a sofa with a coffee table.
Downstairs there is a bedroom with a king size bed with en suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms that share a large family bathroom.
A large entrance hall leads off to a cloakroom and a utility room. A modern and bright open plan kitchen with a dining area and table that seats 10 looks out to large sliding doors and a feature window.
A further seating space of two sofas with coffee table next to the sliding doors leads to the garden terrace. A Broil King gas barbeque is in place for cooking and an outside shed at the end of the garden for storing surf boards.
There is also a separate sitting room, with two large sofas and armchairs. A second terraced seating area leads off from the bi fold doors from the kitchen.

Summary: Great house, layout, location and host. We had grandma and her dog along with the kids, and there was plenty of space and loads of beaches and walks to keep everyone entertained. Would definitely book again.

Summary: Had a wonderful stay at Treall. The cottage is perfect for a family with a large enclosed garden and easy walk to the beach. Perfectly clean. Charlotte and annabel are so easy to communicate with and couldnt do enough to make our stay perfect. Thank you. Only reason for 4 stars on accuracy of online listing is that it is so much better than the photos or description outline. We would love to stay again if possible once the planned building work is done next year.

Summary: I honestly can't think of a better location, a short walk from the best beaches in Cornwall yet peaceful and private. Our hosts were welcoming and friendly, helpful with local knowledge and even arranged a new BBQ within a day after previous people damaged it. Plenty of room, quiet and calm, nice linen, well stocked kitchen, a good selection of body boards etc to use in the garage. Very happy.

Summary: Great week in Constantine Bay, Treall was a short walk to the beach, fantastic location. Everything we needed in the house for a great stay. Really enjoyed the lovely garden. Caught the local bus to Padstow to avoid the very busy parking, bus stops outside impressive local shop, few minutes walk from the house.
