Summary: Our stay on this property was exceptional. It was in a good area outside of San Diego with very clear instructions checking in and out The outdoor area is incredible and we spent every day in the pool

Summary: Great stay. 2nd visit here and for good reason the place is awesome! Only negatives during trip: Cleaning ladies called the host complaining that “we were in the way while they were trying to clean.” We had approval to drop off our luggage after noon. We were at the property all of 10 mi utes or less! The cleaning ladies spent more time on their phones during tbis time than cleaning. When the host called us to inform us of their frustrations we had already been gone for some time. Other pain was that WiFi did not work during our visit despite unplugging the router for 10 minutes to reset. Thus we were unable to use any of the TVs onsite.

Summary: The house is amazing. The backyard + amenities are even better. We had such a fun time outside in the pool/hottub/swim up bar. The tennis court, pool table, and ping pong table was also amazing. Thank you Gabe for hosting such a wonderful stay!

Summary: This, being our second time at the property, was not at all disappointing. Place is fantastic, location is great (quiet, neighbors seem distant), sleeping arrangements are solid. As others have indicated, there is little reason to go inside aside from sleeping. A couple of downsides - there were definitely not enough cups, plates, glasses, silverware, etc. for a place of this size. I can appreciate things get broken, misplaced, etc., but hope would be those would be replenished from time to time. Further, the interior (aside from the bunk room) doesn't seem to cool off substantially, even overnight. Not sure if the mechanical equipment is undersized, but it can get a bit uncomfortably warm. In reality, the place overall is fantastic, won't be our last time there.
