Positive: Location next to train and huge supermarket. The play kitchen and toys were the highlight for my kids 3 and 4. Very functional unit with washing machine and kitchen appliances. Storage space available. Owner was very responsive. 3 beds in the unit gave us some options. Good value for money if you're after space and convenience.

Negative: Unit can benefit from some electrical and plumbing work, lots of exposed cables and use of extension cords and the washing machine drains in the balcony so it's always wet. Even though a lot of effort has gone into making it kid friendly, there wasn't any plastic cups or plates in the unit, making me very nervous about them eating with the ceramic and glass dinnerware. Light or sensitive sleepers beware: one room is exposed to the hall light all night long (curtain does not cover it completely), the other room faces the train platform and you'll hear the bells, trains and announcements clearly from that room. Was not a problem for us, but could be for you.

Positive: The accommodation was very nice and clean! The location was just right next to the Metro station. It was very convenient for us to travel around the area. The staff of the property just so nice and kind. Our family just love this place and very highly recommended! It was our first time in Tokyo as a family trip and it was impressive! Thank you so much again! If we have a chance we will visit again for sure.
