In a small, quiet village, this pretty, fully renovated, detached 18th-century house is all on one level, featuring a kitchen, dining room, living room with a double sofa bed (two steps between the living room and dining room), one bedroom with a queen-size bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom (walk-in shower), and a separate toilet. A 100 m² enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and a private garage. Pets are not allowed.
This cottage is located near the châteaux of Tanlay, Ancy-le-Franc, and Maulnes, as well as the vineyards of Epineuil, Tonnerre, and Chablis.
