Lovely summer cottage in quiet surroundings in the fishing paradise Austevoll. Great patio and view to the sea. Cozy and modern holiday home perfectly located on Leirpollen, suitable for family or fishing holidays. High ceilings give an extra good sense of space in the kitchen and living room, and with large window surfaces you can see the sea directly from the dining table. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The wood stove in the living room for cool spring or autumn days. The two bedrooms downstairs have a double bed. In the loft, there is a bedroom with wide beds to be used as a single or double beds, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. Please note the low ceiling height of the loft. Outside, there is a nice covered terrace and patio, and a lawn for the whole family to play at. Right behind the holiday house there is a slope to a small bay where you can swim. Behind the house, there is also a room for filleting and freezing the day's catch. From the holiday home it is approx. 150 meters to the boat, close to great fishing spots. In addition to fishing, there are great hiking opportunities on the Austevoll archipelago. On the west side you can enjoy the sunsets, or you can cozy up inside and look out at the stormy weather in beautiful natural surroundings. The boat is ordered together with the holiday house and is only available in the period April - October.
