Requires 6 month contract. This place is perfect for contract workers, winter travelers, travel nurses, construction workers, or seasonal workers. The unit is large (almost 1200 sq ft) and comes fully furnished with 2 queen beds, linen, towels, appliances, and kitchenware. There is a washer/dryer located in the unit. There is also a small storage room with the unit.
Located around the corner from several casinos, golf courses, and sporting activity fields. Two on-site pools and hot tubs. Hiking and ATV riding not far away. Also, only approximately 80 minutes from Las Vegas.
1 reserved covered parking spot. No campers or trailers. Unit is located up a flight of stairs on the 2nd level.
Owner will cover HOA fees and basic utilities to include water, sewer, basic TV, and garbage. Renter is responsible for upgraded TV, internet, and electricity.
There will be a $750 security deposit required and professional cleaning upon leaving. There is a $50/month surcharge for any pets.

Summary: The condo was more spacious than I expected given the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. There are a TON of beds so if you don’t like sharing a bed / bedroom with your fiend, there are a lot to choose from. I counted 2 large beds, a twin, and two couches that pull out into beds. The management was super friendly, accommodating, and easy to get a hold of. We will most likely stay here again if we are in Mesquite again.
