This large, comfortable 2-story villa is ideal for any large family vacation! The entire private 3,155 sq ft home is fully furnished and located in the quiet Sunrise Lakes Community. As you walk into the home, you will notice the open concept living; the two large living areas and dining area leading into a fully equipped kitchen and the breakfast nook. This home sleeps 12 guests comfortably with 6 bedrooms (8 beds) and 3 full bathrooms. There is an attached garage with a games room. At the back of the villa, you will find a beautiful private pond view with a spa and a dining area around the pool. No more than 12 people are allowed at the property at any time. If it's reported there are more at any time a $1500 penalty will be charged.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property. We apologized for any inconvenience. Any pets reported at the home is grounds for cancellation of the remainder of the reservation with no refund for unused portions of the stay.
Security cameras pointed at street front and along house where a/c unit is. For liability & insurance reasons back patio/pool area. House crowd sensor for db level used in kitchen/dining area. Does not record audio.
Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in the house as this property is rented out to families, there will be a $1,500.00 ozone treatment charge to purify the air in case of smoking.
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.
**Kids rooms tents and canopy are provided on a best effort basis, not guaranteed and guest must setup and take down as not all guests require them. $25 fee applies if cleaner has to put away. Guests use at their own risk.
BBQ - No propane will be provided. Tanks can be exchanged for $25 at the local Walgreens or other locations. $50 cleaning fee will be charged if the grill is left uncleaned on checkout.
• SPA & POOL - Pool heating and SPA heating are available for an additional charge of $25 per day, all pool heating requests must be made at least 72 hours PRIOR to the time of your check-in and must be for the FULL duration of your stay.

Summary: This is a great place to stay with family. Pictures don’t do the property justice- way better in person. Games in game room worked. LOTS of books, puzzles, board/card games available. Wasn’t expecting all the pool toys- nice touch. Patio furniture was comfortable- plenty of room for everyone to sit. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes for cooking/serving as well as dishes/utensils for eating. All appliances worked- even had a Keurig! Beds were comfortable and clean. Only things we’d change (if possible)-Master bedroom with king bed on first floor. Zero entry showers- really not accessible for handicap person. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here. Hosts were quick to respond.

Summary: Just the most beautiful wonderful stay at this villa, a massive thank you to our amazing host , who made our stay fabulous, always there for a helping hand who went above and beyond for our family, the villa is truly lovely warm and welcoming with the most amazing pool views of the lake and inside is incredible absolutely immaculate with everything you could possibly want huge kitchen dining area and seating area the bedrooms are huge with the most comfortable beds after a long day, plenty of helpful information in welcome book , the pool was heated and we all enjoyed and loved how peaceful and quiet it was As well as having lovely seating area all shops parks restaurants close by we can’t thank you enough for such a wonderful stay Danny and Sherrie Bowers

Summary: The house was very spacious and in a great location. The pool was awesome! The kids and the adults enjoyed it everyday. And the game room was a huge bonus especially for the kids! We had a couple maintenance issues but the host stayed in communication with me and was quick to get things fixed. Very attentive! We would definitely book again!

Summary: Our stay at this property was fantastic! We had 3 families stay in this house was clean and there was MORE than enough room for all of us. This house has everything you could think of.. High chair...pack and play...the kids really enjoyed all the games, and the dress up clothes..the game room was a hit too! Tvs in every room as well as big fans for if it gets warm. Kitchen was completely stocked with plenty of bowls, cups, silverware...really anything you needed...this house had it! The owner was great at communicating and the small issues we had were taken care of immediately. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

Summary: The property was great and as described. Everything was clean, worked as expected, and in good condition. All areas were clean, had no problems taking multiple showers in a row, appliances worked as they should, and we all enjoyed the pool, spa, and game room. The neighborhood was more of a community then we've stayed in the past, meaning I felt as though our neighbors weren't tourist. This wasn't an issue in any way, just the vibe of the neighborhood. All stores and shops are close, and it wasn't a problem running out to grab something at the store. There are some quiet time rules which the owners were totally upfront about. Originally, I didn't think it would be an issue but as we stayed it did become a nuisance. Quiet hours start at 10PM, which is totally understandable, but keep in mind if you are relaxing in the spa after 10PM, it totally shuts off. For us, this was around when the kids finally got to bed, and we wanted to wind down. Again, this is listed and the rental agreement and was mentioned by the owner when we signed up for pool heat. They were transparent, it just wasn't convenient for our trip.

Summary: This house is just PERFECT for your family friendly getaway! It’s very spacious and top quality furnishings, and very very CLEAN, everything was so sparkling and fresh when we arrived! It was beyond my expectations and we enjoyed it all! From the fantastic pool and hot tub to the game room and additional toys and games for everyone to enjoy! Conveniently located to everything from grocery, pharmacies, restaurants AND parks we were able to enjoy more time doing activities and not so much time driving all over. The owners are absolutely amazing with communication and making sure you have everything you need! This home and owners were by far the best I’ve encountered with VRBO! Thank you for making our stay so magical with memories to last a lifetime!
