Positive: Had a lovely 12 night stay at Villa Harmony. The accommodation was exactly as per the pictures. Large comfortable beds, each bedroom with its own ensuite, good aircon, and everything that we needed for a relaxing holiday. The pool area was great, with comfortable sun loungers. The sun would be over the pool all morning, until 2-3pm, which was fine for us. Our teenage sons used the gym daily and thought it was very well equipped. We didn't however use the sauna or hot tub. There are a few tavernas walkable form the villa, which were all good. A couple of small supermarkets also. We had a rental car, which was good for exploring towns, beaches and eating places further afield. Giorgos was great and communicated all the hand over procedure in advance of our stay, which was good, and was in contact throughout our stay, to check if we needed anything. The owners (Marko and Zoe?) were lovely and lived in the large house a couple of doors away. From time to time, they dropped fresh fruit and veg round, but didn't invade our privacy at all. We all had a great time here and would highly recommend.

Positive: Amazing Villa with everything you need. The pool was awesome. Fitness Studio, Sauna, ....everything. well equipped kitchen. The village is super nice and calme. People are super friendly and the food is fantastic. On top of that we had the pleasure to get to know to Giorgos, our contact person from the villa. He was super .Always available on short notice in case we wanted to have a recommendation for a trip or a Restaurant. This is really 5star service and makes the difference. We will come again.

Positive: Great big and well equipped villa. We arrived late in the evening and there was fresh fruits and food for breakfast in the fridge. This was a good surprise. A fev good local restaurants nearby.

Positive: The house is very modern and the interior is beautifully designed. The house has several terraces from which you can watch the sunset. It also offers a barbecue. The neighborhood is calm and quiet. The house is located in a small - non touristic - village. It has a few restaurants which serve delicious food to enjoy among locals. There is also a bus that goes from the center of the village to Knossos and Heraklion. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the respective contact person and as we arrived late, they made sure that we had some food in the fridge, water and two bottles of wine. Everything went smoothly and we could always contact someone if we had questions or needed any suggestions - we usually received a reply within the hour.

Negative: The only downside is that the house is facing East, so at 3 or 4 p.m. in the afternoon the sun begins to set behind the house, so the pool is among the shades and there is no sunlight in front of the house (on the patio and pool). Since the house is in a local village, it is rather hard to find at first - but our contact person supplied us with detailed directions to the house, so we found it very quickly.
