The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible.

Ocean View Beach Club offers a seasonal shuttle bus that runs on Saturdays and Sundays only, but also on Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day. Approximate times the bus runs is 9:30 to 3:30 with the bus leaving OVBC every 1.5 hours, subject to change. Please check with the clubhouse for any changes. Renters must use wristbands to get on the bus. The wristbands are obtained at the clubhouse for $38/week.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Summary: House was perfect for our extended family with plenty of extra space and bedrooms! We appreciated access to all of the beach chairs and bikes too. Screened in porch was nice for morning coffee. Enjoyed the Delaware state park beaches and quick drive into town for shopping and restaurants. A great stay that everyone enjoyed!

Summary: This was my family's first time in Delaware. The home was beautiful and a very short drive to a public beach access. The beach club has a pool/ gym/ etc, however the weekly fee to use must be purchased through the clubhouse. The clubhouse was not open when we arrived on Saturday and didn't open again until Tuesday. So we didn't use the amenities on site since they weren't available for use until our fourth day there. So, if you are booking Saturday to Saturday you may want to consider obtaining wristbands early if possible. The house was clean and spacious and the area is great.

Summary: We felt welcome as soon as we walked in the door. The home was crisp and clean, seemed brand new. The location is convenient to drive up or hop a bike and ride up to the beach or to the boardwalk and shops. We visited pre-season and had a wonderful time, can't wait to return in season and catch some waves. We will visit again and feel comfortable bringing the rest of the family along.
