Summary: The property is exactly as advertised and some of the additions make this rental unique. One of my favorites was the adjustable bed. The apartment was a five minute walk from the university and I never walked more than five minutes to get food. My husband said the area was very accessible. I would definitely recommend!

Summary: The property is just as advertised. I did appreciate the extra efforts with security process. Communication with owner was outstanding. Only thing missing was a roll of paper towels.

Summary: A very convenient location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is also a safe area as well. The property itself has all of the necessities for a long term stay such as a private bathroom with a shower and a private kitchen. It is also not far from the downtown Bridgeport area with many places worth visiting.
