Positive: The location was great! We didn't use the garage, as street parking was more convenient.

Negative: The water did not get hot on Saturday or Sunday morning. Unfortunately, a maintenance person wasn't available till Monday. Eventually, after running the water for 10 minutes, it got hot on Sunday afternoon.

Summary: We loved the location, but there was no hot water for 2 days, and poor communication.
