Positive: Dee is absolutely amazing and very accommodating without being intrusive. You don't even know he's there until you see his dog or smell his delicious cooking. The dog is so sweet and followed me upstairs while I was getting ready to leave. Good Vibes quiet and chill with like minded guests.. A+
