Summary: Delightful house with gorgeous views. Everyone loved their bedroom. We enjoyed all the living spaces- the sunroom, the kitchen, the living room, the spacious dining room, the upstairs and downstairs porches, and of course the dock. We talked, we played, we ate, we went out on the lake, and made great memories.

Summary: Our family had never been to Smith Mountain Lake VA and chose to come last minute because our planned trip to the NC mountains was canceled due to the hurricane. This house was PERFECT for our multi generational family from age 2 to 81! The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful and so very comfortable. The kitchen was an amazing gathering space and very well stocked. Living areas are super comfortable for people of all ages. We rented a boat from the marina and played putt putt and had ice cream there. What a wonderful trip! Everyone was so kind and we enjoyed our time tremendously. The host was very kind, responded quickly and communicated well. It was hard to leave the incredible views from almost every room and the built in comforts of this home to return to reality. Hope to be back in the future. Thank you for allowing us to make memories here!

Summary: We had such a good time at this really nice house on SML. The house was so nice, clearly recently renovated, and not done cheaply. Beds and beddings were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, lots of bedrooms plus space for kids to play. And the dock was also great. In a nice cove that has less traffic so the kids had a great time swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, etc. Easy to rent a boat from nearby arenas and explore the lake. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun lake trip.
