Located on the East side of La Grande Motte, or so called “Levant side”, the area is very quiet but nevertheless very close to the center of the village, point Zero is at 800 meters.
Local shops, including a newsagent, boulangerie, pharmacy, grocery are just 5mins walk.
It is conveniently located 15 minutes drive from Montpellier Airport and 20 mins from Montpellier Medieval city center.
Montpellier and its region offer fantastic tourist attractions, with its Music, Dance and Theatre Festivals, also its vinyards and gastronomy.
There is a wide selection of beautiful country walks, but also cultural sites such as Saint Guilhem le Desert village, the Basilica of Maguelonne, or The Pont du Gard to name just a few.

Wir waren 1 Woche in diesem wunderschönen Appartment. Die Lage ist wirklich super. Ein paar Meter und man steht bereits mit den Füßen im Sand. Der Strand ist perfekt. Sehr sauber und auch für kleine Kinder (unser Sohn ist 20 Monate) geeignet. Selbst das Meer ist für die kleinen super, da es sehr flach hineingeht.
Das Appartment hat alles was man braucht und der eigene Aussenbereich mit Aussendusche ist super. Unser Junior hatte seinen Spaß. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

L’appartement est très bien, conforme à la description, véritablement à quelques pas de la mer, dans un quartier calme de La Grande Motte. Nous avons apprécié la douchette extérieure privative pour se rincer les pieds plein de sable avant de rentrer dans le logement !!! A recommander les yeux fermés !

Un bien exceptionnel de par sa location et ses prestations, à vingt pas de la mer, au calme. l’appartement est clair, moderne et bien équipé. Sa climatisation est plus qu’appréciable tout comme son parking privé. La terrase permet de prendre ses repas ou de profiter sur les transats avec le bruit des vagues. Une douchette extérieure permet de se débarasser du sable un appartement pour 4 max à recommander.

Pour une semaine de vacances en famille, un appartement tres fonctionnel, idéalement situé, à 20 mètres de la plage via la terrasse bien aménagée. Le centre-ville et ses restaurants se trouve à 10 min à pied via le bord de mer. Ce qui est un luxe et un confort aujourd’hui !

L’appartement est conforme au descriptif: lumineux, spacieux, agréable à vivre, à deux pas de la plage et à 10 min à pied des commerces. À notre arrivée une bonne bouteille de rosée nous attendait au frais. L’accueil de Corinne était très sympathique et elle nous a même reçu un peu en avance par rapport à l’horaire prévu. Le seul bémol la connexion internet wifi très instable.
Nous reviendrons sûrement. Pour information le chèque de caution n’est pas rendu lors du check-out mais détruit quelques jours après.

Propriétaire attentionné et à l’écoute et toujours disponible. Situation calme et relaxante. L’appartement est comme décrit cosy, aménagé avec goût et très agréable à vivre. Proximité de quelques mètres avec la plage et la mer. Un séjour magnifique dans un endroit protégé et proche de tous. Toute la famille a adoré ce séjour et nous projetons de revenir avec un énorme plaisir.
