Positive: Everything, a real surprise. Very clean, comfortable, great living space and comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Hot tub was a real bonus , in a little private courtyard. Robes and slippers, food in fridge on arrival . Gym, putting mat and tennis courts. Not enough time to enjoy it all.

Positive: Photos don't do it justice. The place was really pretty, clean and comfy. We were greeted with bread cheese, cold meats and some condiments which was a nice touch. We didn't have to leave to get food on our first night thanks to these snacks and could enjoy the jaccuzzi for longer. Only 30min drive away from Killaloe and Lough Dergh.

Positive: Absolutely lovely property in a great location. We stayed for 5 nights, travelling with our springer spaniel. Loads of forest walks in the area and some dog friendly pubs and restaurants. A really nice place to relax, would definitely stay again! If you like to exercise, the gym is also excellent, better than most hotel gyms we have seen. We had a great time in Nenagh.

Positive: Everything was perfect 5 stars spotless clean beautiful grounds it had everything you needed much more than expected the best rental we have stayed in the staff went above and beyond Tom was a absolute gentleman to deal with highly recommend will be back 100 percent

Negative: Their was nothing not to like only we couldn’t stay longer ( like a month more be great)
