This home features a double driveway and fenced in yard with a screen enclosed pool area and patio. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious open floor plan with a view of the pool! The kitchen has been beautifully updated and features everything you'll need to cook up your favorite home cooked meals, plus seating for 6 plus bar stools.
The comfortable living room has a big sectional sofa and large smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies, plus a view of the screened-in pool and porch.
Master Suite 1: on its own side of the home. This room features a king sized bed, chaise lounge chair, and spacious bathroom with a soaker tub/shower and double vanity sinks.

Summary: The home was spotless clean for us. The listing was very accurate and the house was well stocked for cooking. The pool was nice and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and linens were good quality. We had a small issue with the AC and the property manager had it taken care of ASAP. Communication was great! The only thing that could be improved is that the AC struggles to keep up when temps are high. We are from the Midwest and would have liked to have it cooler but the house was equipped with ceiling fans to help. It struggles the keep the lowest temp allowed of 72 and it was a really warm 72 at that. Not a deal breaker. We would have extended our stay another month although the home was already reserved by someone else to enjoy. Thank you again!

Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the pool the first couple of days plus the beach most days except when the wind was up and temps down..about 15 minutes to North Beach most days depending on traffic. Used the kitchen some and could easily cook with supplies but lots of good restaurants. Especially liked Rumba on Keene and Golf to Bay and Fridas on Umberton Rd. Marina is a treasure.

Summary: Everything is just like website said. Convenient to Clearwater Beach about 15 -20 min. drive. We stayed 7 nights. House had everything we needed for our stay. nice little local bar less than 2 miles from location called 1933 pub & grill. Friendly folks and good food. Would suggest property to friends. We would stay again if available

It's located on a quiet street outside of the congested areas around the beaches. But, it's close enough for a convenient drive anywhere. The house was well maintained and very comfortable. The floor plan is very comfortable and the pool was perfect.
