Summary: We stayed here as a multi-generational family group of 18 to celebrate a 30th birthday. What a beautiful place! It has everything you need, and more!The highlight for us was the garden, games room and hot tub - we were lucky to have decent weather so could fully enjoy it. Summary: From the booking of the property a couple If months ago to the week running up to our stay the communication was incredible! On arrival we were greeted. The stay itself was more than we could have ever asked for. Celebrating my friends 30th with a large group of Friends 24 in total. This was a surprise weekend away and she was totally overwhelmed when she got driven up to the house. A short walk to the beach and club house, this was enjoyed by all on the Saturday and then a party out in the party room and in the shared garden in the evening. Thank you for letting us stay here it made the weekend!!!!

Summary: The communication with the property manager was amazing and super accommodating. The house is situated in an ideal location, surrounded by fields but only 20 mins to the beach. There was plenty of space with an incredible garden. Would highly recommend for friends wanting to celebrate a birthday, we had the best time.

Summary: Whilst The Rectory was old and tired, and not as clean as it should have been, it would have been greatly improved with quality bed linen and towels. Unfortunately that was not the case. Small things like the lack of a promised welcome pack added to the disappointment. It was not as represented by the photographs or description.
