Summary: We had 8 adults and one 3 year old. The house was the perfect size and well equipped with everything we needed for the week. Kitchen was well stocked and the there were a lot items to use to take to the beach. The backyard was amazing with a pool, plenty of seating, dining and games. We spent several days just enjoying that area.

Summary: The house was very clean, well stocked and centrally located. Quick easy drive to the beach. The house had lots of beach stuff for us to use and games in the garage to keep the kids busy. We had three families staying here and space was not an issue. We had a slight issue getting in the house to start but the host made it right. The kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings and the temperature was good.

Summary: Very nice, well maintained home away from home. Nicely located for lots of beach choices, as well as other things to do and restaurants, easy access to Tampa, <2 hr drive for day trips to Orlando, etc. But also a nice place to simply hang out for a while, with the pool/back yard, foosball, darts, ping pong, cornhole, etc. Very responsive and helpful manager.
