There is to be no loud music at this property. The property is situated in a quiet residential estate. Noise travels extremely easily from this house. Please at the respect of our neighbours keep music to a normal talking level. Quiet times are from 8pmm - 8am
POOL and OUTDOORS
Enjoy the pool and outdoor dining, its a fantastic space. To be considerate to our neighbours pool hours are between 8am and 9pm. If you are using the outdoor area or later than 7pm please consider your noise levels.
PETS:
We love being able to provide this property as pet friendly, however we ask you respect the following rules so we can continue to provide this for future guests
- CLEAN UP after your pet, inside and out. Vacuum any excess fur from inside the house.
- No pets in the bed please. I know some of you are ok with this, however other guests with no pets are not. It can be hard to remove pet smell from the sheets
- Keep pets off the furniture
If any of the above rules are not followed we charge an extra fee of $200 for professional carpet and couch cleaning

Summary: Overall nice spot. 10 or so min drive to the beach, Mary Cairncross scenic walk a few mins drive and a spin to Maleny so all in all a good spot. The house was nice.

Summary: This house is beautiful - I absolutely love a Queenslander! There's both a front and back porch. If you open the windows on each side of the house, the sea breeze blows right through. The kitchen is big and well stocked with dishes and pans and the furniture is comfortable. The pool is a very nice bonus! The views of the coast are breathtaking ... one morning, the backyard was full of kangaroos grazing! I love this house ... I've already booked my return stay.
