We built our lakehome 22 years ago. We have loved the time our family has spent here! Lake Wabaunsee really is the "Gem of the Flint Hills." If you want a relaxing, beautiful place to connect with your friends or family, this is it! We always say, "It's like going back to the 50's where families played games, took walks and just enjoyed being together." Our large house has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, laundry room and beautiful screened in porch overlooking the lake. This is a perfect retreat for family reunions, friends' getaways or church groups.

Summary: Several friends and I have been coming to this house two or three times a year, for a few years now. We just love the layout of the house and the quiet of the surrounding area. The house has everything one could want for a relaxing weekend of spending time together, while also taking some "me time" for ourselves.

Summary: We enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake from the screened in back porch. The house was very nice and easily accommodated our family. The kitchen is well stocked and we all fit around the large dining room table. It was a peaceful and very pleasant location.
