Positive: The wood is beautiful in the home. It was the perfect size for our family.

Negative: Driving up to the house was a little sketchy as you drive thru an industrial area. But once you get there, WOW!!!

Summary: We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed spending time with family. Great dining room table for game playing.
