Positive: It was a quiet neighbourhood, easy to reach central london. The house has 5 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. We also had a backyard.

Positive: Very very clean and close (only 40 mins by train and tube ) to the centre of London and all of its sights. The beds were very comfortable. Very good value for money. Plenty of hot water and heating was great. Enough parking for 2 cars. I would stay here again. communication with staff on arrival was very good, and regular emails were received to make sure everything was okay. I could have mentioned things, but we were only there 2 nights. If I had mentioned, I'm sure they would have done their best to sort things out. The area was nice, and we felt safe during our stay.

Negative: There were no towels at all in the property, not even hand towels. There was a tea towel. No soap, except for a small, highly perfumed dispencer in one of the bathrooms. There was no washing up liquid, so could not was up before we left. There were no blinds in the bathroom, and no curtains on The landing, so could be seen into by neighbours. The 5th bedroom wasn't made up. there was a quilt and pillows, but no covers or bottom sheet was available. My son had to share with my friends son instead. It wasn't a problem for us, but it may have been for others. Everything was very basic but, for the cost, we weren't expecting the ritz.

Positive: Brilliant location near Lee station, 5 bedrooms with 5 double beds. It was clean and more comfortable to stay in compared to a hotel. Kitchen was well equipped and there is an outdoor seating area for when it's sunny. We had trouble with the hot water as boiler was switched off accidentally but owner was quick to help. Great value for money and will stay again if travelling in a group.

Negative: Duvets where a little small for 2 sharing a bed but we are used to a king sized bed.

Summary: Comfortable 5 bedroom house.

Positive: The area was really quiet. The whole house was at our disposal, although we didn't touch the top floor. An additional plus for the parking space

Negative: Not very clean. Lots of dust behind the TV, in the corners of the bathroom too. Moving toilet seats and taps, dishes not fully washed... The house was very cold and even when we turned on the heater it did not heat up during our entire stay. We were cold. The bath water was also very cold!!! The owner did not reply to the email I sent asking what I should do to make the water suitable for washing? That was not right.

Summary: If I were to recommend it to my friends, then probably not, unless the comforts that should be.
