Positive: Our stay was amazing. The host was very helpful, kind and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised, because of bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Location was really nice, the bus stop was literally next to the hotel. There were no problems with arriving there from the airport. Breakfasts (croissants + coffee from the Palermo's well known coffee roastery Stagnitta) were delicious. The bar where you can taste them was located on the other side of the road.

Negative: Everything was great. The host was prepared even with earplugs for guests.

Summary: We highly recommend it

Positive: The location is off the center but that is what we wrer looking as we had a car so it was easy for parking Nice welcome with bottle of wine, coffee machine and lovely host. Brand new room with all you need for a shirt stay. Dont get scared of the building itself as itneeds to get proper renovation)) the staircase and the rooms are modern and new
