Positive: I cannot understand some of the bad reviews. It was far better than what has been written. I think that there are people out here causing trouble. The staff excellent the owner went above what would be expected. She and her staff were fantastic from the time we entered untill we left. We will be staying there again next time in Istanbul. I am more than happy to give good review as we loved staying there thank you thank you thank you

Positive: Its close to main historical locations like Topkapi palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque. You can reach tram, bus and taxi easily.

Negative: The hotel needs renovation. Room door as well as the toilets' don't open in first attempt. Taps were not in good condition. Rooms seems smaller compared to standards.

Positive: Everything was perfect. The rooms were clean and newly renovated. They were beautifully designed. The breakfast buffet had a great variety. At the reception, Mr. Abdullah welcomed me with a very friendly and smiling face. Thank you very much for everything, including the location, the hotel's design, its proximity to everything, the gifts the hotel owner gave us, his friendly welcome, and his hospitality.
