Positive: Great location to Walk to Swanage Town and beach. Good bus service, with bus stop only 2 mins walk from house. Very spacious as we had group of 8 adults . All amenities good. Very clean. Beds very comfortable.

Negative: The lounge was small for relaxed seating. If the games room area could be switched to the lounge and vice versa more soft seating could be provided in the large living space. We sat at the dining table during the evening as close to kitchen and more seating available.

Negative: It would be massively helpful if check in could be a little earlier - even 4.00pm would help. Also it would be ideal if check out could be a little later - 10.00am is quite early

Positive: Sociable kitchen area very good. Bedrooms v nice. Warm and comfortable house. Easy access to town and seafront.

Negative: Shower gels and toiletries would be nice. Not enough tea towels. Rubbish from previous guests still there. Needs another sofa for the number of people it can accommodate.
