Summary: We are a group of 6 ladies who met in bible study and have bonded through the years. This was our 12th year for our annual girls' trip, and Vicki's house was perfect for us. We had plenty of room, the kitchen is spacious and well stocked, and everyone enjoyed the solitude. A few of the ladies enjoyed taking daily walks and exploring the property. Vicki was quick to respond to any concerns or questions we had as well. I would definitely recommend staying here...you won't be sorry!

Summary: This property was in the perfect loacation for our family to come together for my mother's 83rd birthday. We were looking for a place where we could just hang out, relax and enjoy each other without feeling like we had to be planning every minute and this cabin delivered. We really appreciated the large selection of card and board games. We also made use of the large variety of outdoor games. The fire pit was awesome at the end of the day. Our entire family had a great time. One thing to keep.in mind is that GPS may end aittle.before you get.to the drive. Look for the mailbox with the address and the sign that says private drive. We wiĺl definitely return as it is 3 to 4 hours for each member of our family to get to it.

Summary: We arrived late afternoon and had no issues with accessing the home. It’s in a safe and quiet neighborhood at the end of the road, private with a huge yard, We enjoyed the large family room and kitchen, which was well equipped and had almost every appliance you can imagine. Our men liked being outside with the fire pit. The bedrooms were comfortable and beds had good mattresses for a restful night sleep. Plenty of hot water for showers, We would highly recommend this lovely home in Waco and hope to return again soon! We had a great vacation. Thank you.

Summary: My huge family came to stay for a Cheer Competition and when I spotted this home online I was in awe. Now Seeing the pictures were wonderful however In person was breath taking. Such a beautiful home inside and outside. My dad loved how huge the kitchen was as he loves to cook. So many rooms and beds. The house all the way around was just wonderful! The play ground and stuff in the garage for the kids to do was so much fun as we as a family played pickle ball. I actually learned to play haha. The home was spotless. So clean. Communication was spot on. No problems. If I could give more than a five star I would. Thank you so much for letting my big family come and stay at y’all’s home! If we come back that way we definitely are booking again. Thank you for allowing us to create new family memories at y’all’s beautiful home. Thank you again. Anna

Summary: We had family travel in from multiple states to meet up in a central location. The house was perfect! Kids were able to stay upstairs and adults could sleep downstairs. The house was clean, had everything advertised plus some, and the owner was great. We asked a few questions and they were responsive and accommodating. The trail around the property was decently maintained and a nice walk. We saw all sorts of critters.
