Positive: The fact that it is on the beach and that the management responded quickly when I needed the toilet plunged.

Negative: Needed a bit of an update. No outlets beside the bed other than the ones on the floor.

Negative: The air conditioner was at 72 but the temp was 78 and it said not to turn it down. There was no normal TV channels which for the price, should be present. One of the toilets took 4-5 flushes to empty. Kitchen had junky supplies

Negative: I am handicapped and the step into the unit was not always easy and the step onto the balcony was dangerous for me. I almost fell the first time going out. Then we fixed the set up of chairs and it was easier.
