Negative: We were given an incorrect code for the front door of the property, and weren’t told which apartment was ours. Had to seek assistance from another guest who was already in residence, as the host did not reply to my queries until later. We received a nice welcome message from all our other hosts, but from this one, only received the codes to the property and the apartment, of which the first one was incorrect. No kettle or tea provided.

Summary: Poor communications, not as clean as others we’ve stayed at.

Positive: Good location, great price, well furnished, comfortable beds, grass yard, kitchen, livingroom with two bedrooms in Anchorage by hotels. Not trying to rob or overcharge people like the hotels in Anchorage.

Negative: Old 4 plex converted into rentals because hilton and Marriott hotels near by are charging 350 to 1200 per night.

Negative: One of the units had the same code as the last time I stayed there, and each time I left the unit, the main front entry door was unlocked in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood.
