Positive: Midhurst is a beautiful small town with short distance to Goodwood. There are shopping facilities for food, drinks and other necessary things. Some restaurants and pubs The Clockhouse is located right in the middle of the town. Parking facilities in the street or a fenced area behind the building. The apartment is well decorated and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. It was very clean. It has a kitchen with all the equipment you need to prepare breakfast or meals.

Summary: Nice apartment - highly recommended !

Negative: The dirty kitchen Filthy looking old kitchen utensils pots and pans Water pump in bathrooms stopped working so that shower and toilet could not be used. Sent message, still waiting for feedback The weird decor - had to be seen to be believed And so many grotty old books lining many rooms!

Negative: No internet- also directions were a little confusing. Pizza express instead of Tesco Express. Also I informed the agent that I had to leave earlier than expected on the day I arrived. I would have appreciated a small refund for the unexpected situation.

Negative: An information pack would be helpful. The description of the property should state that this is a first floor flat. The parking spot was rather awkward as there was a car parked in the next bay that never moved & a stone wall the other side- you had to be sure the car was back far enough not to be hit by the gate!
