A modern two-story house with a high standard and excellent location, only 500 m from the long, beautiful sandy beach in Mellbystrand, with its high, beautiful sand dunes. The house is located on the edge of a group housing area close to both the sea and the adjacent Strandhotellet. Hökarfältet, a beautiful nature area with exercise trails and barbecue areas, is also nearby. The perfect house for a large family who values a fantastic location and high standard. The entrance floor consists of a kitchen with dining area and living room with two sofa beds and TV in an open plan. Access to a large lovely patio with both dining table and comfortable outdoor furniture and barbecue. The kitchen is well equipped with a kitchen island. The bathroom is bright, fully tiled with shower and combined washer/dryer. Upstairs on the second floor, there is a workspace with a desk. There is also a fresh, fully tiled bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a bunk bed and one has a double bed. From here, you can access a small balcony. The plots around the houses are shared. Your house has a balcony facing the outer area, which provides a slightly more unobstructed view. The beach hotel is right next to your house and has a restaurant, a nice outdoor seating area, and adventure golf. You can also rent a sauna on the beach or rent bikes. The beautiful beach is within walking distance. Put on your bathrobe and take both a morning and evening dip. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. The Mellby shopping center is within easy reach. To the south, you will find the Skummeslövstrand summer center. There are also nice bike paths to both Laholm and Båstad. Discover the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and, not least, Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Discover Båstad's lovely harbor area and visit the cold bath house. Just north of Båstad are Norrviken Gardens, a popular tourist destination. Laholm is only a short drive away. Laholm has a cozy center with small shops, cafés, and restaurants. Here, the Lagan River winds its way around the town, and there is excellent salmon fishing as well as a smokehouse with a restaurant. There are also several wonderful hiking trails on Hallandsåsen. To the north, you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its wide range of entertainment, and all its golf courses. Laholm Golf Club is closest to you. From the E6, take exit 41 towards Mellbystrand, drive straight west for 400 m, through the roundabout, to the T-junction at Kustvägen, turn right/north onto Kustvägen and drive 1 km to Strandhotellet, turn right onto Birger Pers väg immediately after the hotel and drive about 100 m and turn onto Björkvägen. Immediately on the right-hand side is a gravel parking lot belonging to the area. Park as soon as possible after turning onto Björkvägen. Your summer house is no. 2K. NOTE: The house is not rented to youth groups.
