25 sqm apartment fully renovated in autumn 2011 At the heart of the resort with a direct access to the ski lift's start and to all the shops.
It has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen area (refrigerator, induction table, convection oven, microwave, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Senseo and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and raclette set) and a lounge area with sofa-bed of 160x200 and numerous storage spaces, a LED HD television of 81 cm and DVD/Blue Ray player.
A mountain area, separated from the main room by a pocket door, with 2 bunk beds (90 x 200). The WC are separate. The shower room has a washbasin, an open-plan shower, a towel warmer and a hair-dryer.
You have a ski locker in the residence.
You can rent a covered parking, to be paid on site (€ 30 per week).
Access to the shops: The building has an entrance and an exit reserved to the residents (badge access) directly on the main commercial space of Mottaret.
You have at your disposal, several bars, restaurants and brasseries, some sport and ski hire shops, a pharmacy, a supermarket (Sherpa), an ATM, 2 newsagents, 1 gift and souvenir shop, etc.
Access to the slopes: By the same entrance and exit reserved for the residents, you will go through the commercial space on 30 metres and get to the starting central area for all the ski lifts and the rallying zone for the ESF lessons.
You are therefore ready to put your skis 30 seconds after going out of the residence.

Summary: We had a great time enjoying the fantastic ski area of 3 Vallees. Location was superb, a few steps from the slopes/lifts and restaurants/shops. Also very close to the tourism office and the regional bus service. The appartment is very convenient, containig all desired infrastructure - heating/Wifi/TV/Netflix/Audio/warm water etc. All working perfectly. Parking and room for skis conveniently close. Alain was very helpful during check-in / check-out. Thierry is a great host - very good communication. Was always available and very supportive. We can only recommend - and would consider to rent again. Only draw back ist the missing mountain view.

Summary: This small apartment had everything our family of four needed. Location is perfect as everything is so near. The kids loved their bunk beds and the main bed that worked as a sofa during the day was very comfortable. Kitchen had all the things needed for anykind of cooking not to mention that all the restaurants and shops are just a few steps away. Also it was great to go out to the balcony. Apartment was surprisingly quiet and we slept very well. Even with a lot of equipment such as skis and winter clothes, we didn’t find it uncomfortable. Every corner was clean. It’s the small details that count. Thank you!

Summary: The apartment is in a great location in the centre of Meribel Mottaret, 2 minutes from the ski lifts. Although small the apartment has everything you need, kitchen is great plenty of pots and pans all you need to self cater for the week. Shower is big and powerful with plenty of hot water. Fold out bed is great only takes a minute to pullout and put away. Thierry is great to deal with gives good information and quick to respond, highly recommend.

Summary: This apartment is very nice and in a great location in Meribel Mottaret. It has everything one would require for a stay, oven, hobs, washing machine, nice double bed, nice bathroom, there really is nothing to complain about. Thierry is very good to communicate and deal with and everything was arranged with ease. I would not hesitate in returning to this lovely apartment.
