Holiday home with a magnificent location and panoramic views of the sea and bay at Sjelborg. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, kitchen / family room with everything in white goods and a centrally located wood stove. Living room with sofa, chairs, TV and heat pump, a double bedroom and direct access to bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, sink, toilet and closet space. In addition, there is access from the kitchen / family room to the guest toilet. There are wooden floors with underfloor heating throughout and from both the kitchen and living room there is a super view to the beach. In the basement there is a room with a double bed, entrance hall and guest toilet with washing machine and dryer. From the basement you can go directly out to the lowered solarium, just as there is of course access to the ground floor via the internal stairs. There are several tiled terraces around the house, from which beach and water can be enjoyed to the fullest, and there is via a staircase direct access from the terrace to the beach. Not for rent to youth groups.
