Summary: The house was meticulously maintained. There was even a basket of snack foods to greet us as we walked into the door. The owner was available for questions and to make sure that everything was up to our expectations. it was a very pleasurable experience.

Summary: Four friends shared the house from Wednesday through Saturday. We were delighted with the extras that were supplied that made our stay more comfortable, like coffee pods, kitchen staples, even half 'n half and other items in the fridge. Very close to Colonial Williamsburg!

Summary: The location had easy access to all we wanted to do. The property host was readily available with info and help, if/when needed. VERY well stocked property with everything (and more) than we expected or needed. It was Christmas and we were delighted to see the beautiful tree and decorations in and around the house. Really made our Christmas away from home, feel homey! Would highly recommend this to anyone wishing to visit and explore the Williamsburg area!

Summary: This house was perfect for our group of 5. The location was perfect, and so close to Jamestown! We did use bungie cords to secure the gates as I didn’t trust my escape artist with only the cinder blocks to secure them. The ice maker wasn’t working so you will need to get a bag of ice or just stay on top of the trays they have. Overall, a very nice home, nice quiet neighborhood, and well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The property is in an excellent location. 15 minutes to Colonial Williamsburg. Half mile walk to a local coffee house - Spoke & Art. The house has been updated. Huge backyard for a pet and to make ‘s’mores around the fire pit. The property Mgr stocks everything you could possibly need from the kitchen, dining room, bathroom, backyard, etc. Very nice stay, I would recommend this property for everyone including families with children or adults who just need some peace & quiet. Thanks Jill for the excellent accommodations.

Summary: Celebrated wedding Anniversary with some friends and had a great stay. Location was fantastic; just outside Williamsburg and grocery, dinner, etc. right down the road. Place was clean, comfortable, and perfect stay for our guests. Loved the fenced in yard for our little dog too. The appliances are better than our home!

Summary: Everything was great! The beds were comfortable, the location was good and the property was clean and very well stocked. Communication with the hosts was good, and she even offered us an early check in time which we greatly appreciated. My inlaws use VRBO a lot and they said it was their best stay yet!
