It's a whole house rental for your vacation home (2 floors). 4 bedrooms. It's a convenient, quiet, and safe neighborhood.
3 mins walk to restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, and so on.
Home to downtown Vancouver: +/- 25 mins.
Home to airport: +/- 25 mins.

The space
One camera was installed outside of the front door and one at the back door to ensure security. We can see who comes into our house.
Nice backyard for a picnic. Two large living rooms, very comfortable. Our home is bright, with lots of sunshine. Flowers in the garden. Quiet.
3 mins walk to bus (#41, #43, #20).
Guest access
You can access the entire house and street. Please park in front of our house. It is free parking and no permit is required.
Other things to note
We hire a professional cleaner to clean our house. We’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
- No shoes in the house, please. We have indoor slippers or bring your slipper. Otherwise, there will be a carpet cleaning fee of up to CAD 500.
-NO smoking and/or marijuana in our house. City of Vancouver bylaws: SMOKING IS PROHIBITED WITHIN SIX METRES OF OPENINGS INTO THIS BUILDING INCLUDING DOORS AND WINDOWS THAT OPEN AND ANY AIR INTAKE. Please don't leave any garbage and cigarette butts on the sidewalk and outside the house. Kindly put out the cigarette butts in the trash. Thank you for keeping our neighborhood clean.
- Please note that drugs and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited in our house.
-No pet in our house. Otherwise, there will be an extra cleaning fee of up to CAD 500.

Summary: Property as advertised. Great communication with owner. She left great information about recycling and the area where we were located. We didn't spend a lot of time here but I'd definitely stay again if I were in Vancouver.

Summary: The property was perfectly adequate for our family’s needs. We appreciated having two full bathrooms plus the half bath on the main level, access to laundry facilities, and a full kitchen. We used the TV streaming service for some movies and cooked in the kitchen. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with some street parking available and right around the corner from a bus stop for public transit.

Summary: This property was in a great location close to plenty of restaurants and amenities. Our friend group that had a few small children all felt like we had privacy and plenty of space. Overall nice home. The main bedroom also has a large tub, which I enjoyed.

Summary: Traveling with 5 teenagers to see a concert at Rogers arena. Home had room for all of us and was in an excellent location to access downtown and very quiet at night so we all slept well. Definitely recommend the home and host.

Summary: We stayed here for two nights after driving across Canada. The house had a lot of space for my family of 4 which was great that the kids could have their own rooms at night. The house is definitely dated - with some issues with settling that they cover with rugs. The walls were pretty scratched from I assume previous renters' luggage and the carpet was not super clean. But it functioned very nicely as a place to hang out for a few days. It was great to have a washer and dryer - and we didn't have any trouble getting a parking spot in front of the house. Food choices nearby were limited so you would probably want a car if you stay here.
