Situated along the beautiful coastline of Esentepe, is this 3 story, 4 bedroom detached villa with own private swimming pool, built in 2003. The accommodation comprises of 4 bedrooms (2 of which are situated on the ground floor). As you enter the property you are greeted with a wrought iron stair case and marble flooring. The hallway flows into an open plan lounge, kitchen/diner with a balcony leading off of this, with panoramic views onto the sea. There is an additional benefit of there being a ground floor bathroom. The large staircase leads to the first floor, where the 3rd bedroom is located, this room accommodates a single bed and a cot. There is a large balcony off of this bedroom, with dinning table and chairs, so you can dine al fresco, and watch the sun go down. The third floor accommodates a double bedroom, with separate walk-in shower room. There is another large balcony leading off of the 3rd bedroom, with beautiful views over looking the mountains.
The kitchen has a cooker, hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. There are built in wardrobes in 3 or the 4 bedrooms. There are sun loungers, two sets of garden tables and chairs and umbrellas which can be used at the exterior of the property.

Summary: We had a few issues to start with on day one, but was sorted out the next day. The villa was a good size, so plenty of room for a family of six. Great view of the sea and mountain, Shops/restaurants not too far, (in walking distance). But we hired a car so made it earlier. The only thing that we didn't like was it was a bit over looked with another villa's so not alot of privacy. All in all we had a fantastic holiday in and lovely area and enjoy staying at villa Olivia. Thanks Susan.

Summary: If the main road nearest to the villa had pavements this would have been a perfect holiday location. We were 4 adults and 3 children and didn’t want to hire a car but use taxis instead as they are pretty cheap. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby but it was a bit dangerous walking along the main road with no pavements. It was a lovely quiet location when we went but the villas are quite close together so I guess this might not be the case during school hols. Good value for money and the nearby Chef’s Restaurant was very good. The Stone Castle restaurant was terrible!

Summary: we had a great time a few initial problems all sorted out quickly by sue and Mehmet. lots of great restaurants new water park five miles up the road. Quiet clean and spacious nice to slip into the pool after hours of working hard on our tans. Good supermarket just up the road you could do without a car but I would hire one phil and sandra
