This striking building is spacious and refined with over 2,800 square feet and private attached garage, washer and dryer plus backyard bath and play spa.
Two master bedrooms with en-suite bathtub, his and hers sinks and reliable closet space, plus other amenities Iike king size bed, large windows, in-room entertainment each with large 65-inch smart tv with all premium apps like HBO, Showtime, Paramount+, Disney+, Netflix and Hulu!
Each bedroom and living room equipped with same apps listed above like Disney+ and also large screen TVs to watch from any room or bedroom. Enjoy watching tv with surround sound Roku speakers, very loud and reliable for night watching.
Each living room is large and high ceiling, feel happily new like real tourist from out of town! Feel secured with alarm sound and network security cameras manned down by US Army RET.

Summary: This property was very nice; it was well maintained and very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The island seated 6 people so we brought in a table and chairs from the garage to seat the remainder of our group. The property manager knew we were there for a family Christmas gathering and provided some holiday decor which was much appreciated. The family enjoyed the very large pool and hot tub. We would not hesitate to rent this house again.

Summary: One of the best appointed vacation homes we've ever stayed at. The furnishings and equipment -- kitchen and entertainment were outstanding for a vacation rental. We had plenty of clean towels, bedding, dishes, cutlery, appliances, etc. The home was childproof yet quite comfortable and clean. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Definitely recommend for any family occasion.

Summary: Very much enjoyed our stay. The house was pristine and had everything you could want including both a Keurig and a Nespresso, and plenty of towels for our seven guests. We had a problem with the sewer, but the hosts sent a plumber and it was fairly quickly resolved. The house is in a residential neighborhood and is a bit removed from restaurants and shops, but great place for a family. Highly recommend!

Summary: we were in town for a few days and wanted to enjoy the California weather, so a home with a pool and hot tub was on our wish list. Although the house was much to big for just two people, we enjoyed this nice home and the very nice large pool and hot tub. We will certainly come back, when in the area again.

Summary: My immediate family from the Midwest and myself rented this place from Fri. 7/16/21 - Tue. 7/20/21. I’m local and my husband and I own a condo, but it wasn’t big enough for all of my immediate family to stay together for our wedding (7/18/21 in Chino Hills) so we snagged this place so we could maximize our time together by staying together. The property looks just like the pics and is absolutely beautiful! It’s in a quiet neighborhood off of main roads, so there wasn’t much traffic or foot traffic around. We felt very safe there. We didn’t see any neighbors, but definitely enjoyed the company of some wildlife outside on the hill behind the pool. My parents thought that was neat being from a remote area - they never thought they’d see such a thing in CA! The pool was very nice. It had options for a sectioned off area to be turned into a hot tub, and for the whole thing to be heated. It was close to 100 degrees during our stay so we just enjoyed the whole thing like a regular pool. The owners provided plenty of beach towels, chairs, and there’s an outdoor table with an umbrella. There was even pool toys for my toddler niece! The inside was very clean and everything you could possibly need, we had - this included bathroom towels, hotel style bathroom supplies, plenty of cleaning supplies (including a vacuum, mop, clorox wipes, etc,), and everything you could need to cook meals in the kitchen. We went to Costco on our way to check-in and stocked the whole kitchen so we didn’t have to spend money on eating out once! The owners even thought of details like k-cups, kids place settings, and spices. There were hidden treats for kids in the downstairs TV stand like a bunch of board games. My niece would not stop asking to play Guess Who! The aesthetic of the inside was very nicely done. Everything was sleek, clean, and modern. It wasn’t too empty and made us feel right at home with the decor the owners chose. The color scheme alongside the abundance of natural light in the house meant there truly wasn’t an ugly spot in the whole house! Everything had such nice lighting thanks to all the windows. My mom is disabled and everything was perfect for her, including downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms she could pick from to make her comfy. Diane was very responsive via text and VRBO messages before and during our stay. We had a very nice stay and will cherish our memories together in this house for years to come!

Summary: This is a GREAT property. We had three generations, including two 1.5 year old babies and this property was perfect. Our host went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to be family friendly. Highchair, baby dishes, toys in the closet, baby bath were all there. Property was spotless and well organized. Pool was great and location was great. Will definitely rent again. WELL DONE!!!!!!!!!
