4 Bedroom House in Radnor, Bryn Mawr

Newly renovated in April of 2022, large home renting private half of the home that has 4 bedrooms each with their own full bathroom that sleeps 12 people. You have you own private kitchen, dining room, living room, sun room, 4 bedrooms, game room, and private back yard with pool for your use only. Quiet neighborhood not for noisy parties, but great for relaxing at pool. The game room has a pool table, ping pong table and card table for social fun activites. Very private off street parking for 6 cars. Plenty of room for large vehicles, trailers, etc. The Host family lives on other side of house sealed off from guests with their own separate entrance & separate living space like a duplex or twin house. The host family is not able to see the pool area nor back yard from their side of house so the guest have complete privacy at the pool. Please note that only those listed on the reservation are allowed on the property, no additional guests or visitors nor parties allowed. Recently painted all rooms and refinished wood floors so we ask people to remove their shoes at the door and no boots or high heels on the floors. Please be sure pets have crates and pets such as dogs have their claws trimmed and not allowed to run freely in the house nor upstairs at all. We have an enclosed sun room which is great for pets to freely roam and they can also roam and play in the basement game room.

Summary: We were in town for a family celebration and wanted to host others traveling from out of state. We were 10 adults and a pet with lots of space to spare. Everyone commented on how much they enjoyed staying in such a beautifully decorated, stately home. Sheila made the whole process, from booking to departure, seamless. We would definitely return, hopefully in warmer weather when we could take advantage of the pool and beautiful grounds as well.

Summary: We lived in Radnor 50 years ago, and loved to drive around and admire the Main Line mansions in the countryside. We never imagined we'd be staying in one in 2024 with four grandboys! The kids loved the pool, the kitchen was well-supplied, the beds super comfortable, and the atmosphere was elegant+.

Summary: Beautiful, unique Main Line home. We were in town for our son’s wedding and this was a perfect spot for our family to gather. Sheila is a great host! The pool was a relief from the heat and the game room and pool table were a great way to end the day!

Summary: We were welcomed into the home to spend time with family members who had just celebrated a second birthday and cousins we hadn't seen before the pandemic. The home was welcoming, the host family wonderfully accommodating and it was the perfect spot for young and old to come together and have a special day!

Summary: Several folks stayed here for a golf tournament. GREAT setting, location, and experience. The manager was great at communications, and made sure of availability for anything we might have needed. And a beautiful charcuterie plate and other treats to greet us! THANK YOU!

Summary: Absolutely loved everything about this space. It's a beautiful family home with a lot of character and a good vibe. We spent our long weekend at Sheila's home and it was a perfect space for our group of 10. Check-in was easy. The host had lit the fireplace in the very cozy living room that we ended up spending most of the time in. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor space is very private and quiet. I usually don't re-book but I'd love to re-book this space for a nice summer weekend sometime.
