Summary: We had a wonderful time at marina house. The house was beautifully decorated for us for Christmas and we were given a most generous hamper. The equipment, furniture, etc was superb and could not be faulted. The house was cozy and warm. The hottub was amazing and a real treat. The location was good for going to see the area by car but there was not really anywhere to walk to that we could determine.

Summary: We had an amazing time here. The view from the house is lovely especially out of the 3rd floor Juliet balcony. I loved the history of what’s around it given in the welcome folder too. The house is decorated stunningly, I didn’t want to leave! Where the house is situated is an up and coming area and it’ll be lovely when it has all been done. It’s only a short drive to the beach and there are plenty of shops within 5 mins. The owners have thought of everything in the house and we had all we needed. The welcome hamper was extremely generous and made us all feel very special. I would move here tomorrow if I could! 10/10

Summary: We had a wonderful stay here and the owners were so helpful in answering our questions and laying on every creature comfort we could possibly need. The place is beautifully finished and kept, spacious and well equipped. We are very keen to return and see how the surrounding area develops as well. It was a great location for our tours into parts of Norfolk and Suffolk. Highly recommended!

Summary: The house is stunning. New build, beautifully furnished with very comfortable beds. Excellent sitting room with wide screen smart TV. Unfortunately the patio is north facing so the hot tub and seating are always in the shade. This is a good base for exploring the Norfolk and Suffolk coast, although the immediate vicinity is not especially picturesque and there are no shops or restaurants within easy walking distance.
