Highchair and stairgate. Welcome pack. Enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Hot tub for 6-8 (private). Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: Sorry, no hen or stag parties.The patio area is terraced.. The Cow Shed has been lovingly converted by the owners, who have years of experience in the hospitality industry, and this really shows inside and out. Enter through the stunning glass door, and you will find a ground floor twin bedroom, and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room just off the hallway. From here, three steps lead down into the wonderful, large, open-plan living space, where gorgeous furnishings and fittings such as olive bucket lightshades set the scene for the stunning views of the Blackdown Hills beyond. Upstairs are two large bedrooms (one has a zip and link twin or super kingsize bed, and the other has a fabulous kingsize designer sleigh bed). An impressive bathroom with a roll-top bath and separate shower cubicle can also be found here. Outside, the huge patio area has multiple seating areas and a stunning 6-8 person hot tub, where you can crack open the bubbly and watch the sun set beyond. There is also access to a lovely lawned area for games.
Set in the lovely village of Bishopswood, with the Somerset Wildlife Trust running adjacent to the property, you are only 5 minutes’ walk from the local pub and surrounded by miles of beautiful walks. The market town of Honiton is just 10 miles away and the beach at Lyme Regis can be reached within a 30-minute drive. Heading north, you will find the county town of Taunton with lots of restaurants, cinema, bowling and shopping, and within an hour’s drive you will find Glastonbury, Street, Minehead and the moors of Exmoor! Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 250 yards.

Summary: Stunning property in a very quiet secluded location. The owners lived next door and were very helpful and even baked a cake for our arrival. Lovely sitting in the hot tub watching the birds. Summary: What an amazing place to stay. Everything and more was supplied for an idyllic long weekend. Each room was Spotless and very nicely decorated. The hosts were amazing, leaving a homemade cake for us and even lending us some sugar to make scones with. It was one of our parties birthday and she was even given a gift to help us celebrate. Summary: Beautiful spacious converted barn next to owners property. Hot tub was wonderful and overlooks the meadows at the back. Summary: We are a group of freinds from all over the South West and Midlands area and were meeting up for one of our birthdays for a relaing weekend and this place did that and had a little bit of the wow factor for us. We managed to cook a roast for the 7 of us, but this was a bit of a struggle as it is a normal size oven even though the cottage sleeps 8 people and if you went there for Christmas with the intention of not going out to lunch this would be a struggle as well.
