Summary: I am a wheelchair user and once inside the property everything ok. A lack of handrails inside and outside prevented me from going from room to easily and outside no chance. The shale parking space and path up to the property not easy for me. Never showered all week , no handrails. Other members in my family, found no problems at all. Summary: We adored it at treetops. A wonderful holiday after all the restrictions with covid 19 etc . The pool area was such addition to our experience and our grandchildren couldn’t get enough of it . It’s very safe and secure so we had no worries with the children and safety etc . We adored the beautiful views from most of the windows and could have simply looked out at them all day . John the owner was very helpful and always at the end of the phone if we had a query .
