Enjoy the lake view from the large deck or you can fish from shoreline in the back yard. No swimming We provide WiFi, coffee & all the fixins, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. We provide starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towels.We also provide a hair dryer in each bathroom. Ironing board and iron also provided. We are approx 7 mins from the back gate of the Air Force Base. 10 minutes from Verizon Arena. There is a grocery store 3 blocks away and close to tons of shopping and restaurants. You must be 25 to book and stay for the entire booking, no smokers, no parties, no unauthorized guest. We allow up to 2 Small, NON SHEDDING dogs with a $75 non refundable pet deposit. Pets must be on the booking and approved by the host

Summary: We rented this unit for family members who were attending a wedding nearby. The location was ideal with many restaurants and grocery stores very close. Conveniently located to highways. Lots of linens available along with a washer and dryer. 2 full bathrooms which was helpful with so many people needing to get ready in a short time period. Lovely little lake at the rear of the property which provided lots of bird watching and patio seating to visit with family. Would stay here again.

Summary: Grew up in the house across the street so fun being back in the neighborhood. Overall we were very happy with the rental. The garage is a bit small - a Tacoma would not fit so the door could be put down which was a bit of a bummer when the weather turned severe but "no hail - no harm". I missed there was no cable but we got by. A couple non-serrated knives in the kitchen would make food prep a bit easier. We would stay here again if available.

Summary: We was looking for a place to fish. And this work out just fine. The family loved it the house was clean and plenty of space for everyone. If we go back to Little Rock this will be the place.
